BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS:

PLEASE DO NOT PAY PRIOR to a confirmed scheduled booking.
You need to request a reading and be added to our list first. 
 

• Please note that readings are conducted via telephone only - not face time or zoom (no further face to face) and undertaken
  from Sydney Australia based on AEST (Daylight Saving from 2/10/22 to March 2023) . We have an ongoing waiting list.

• Booking requests are only tentative until payment is requested and received, and confirmation has been forwarded.

• Payments are only required once a date has been scheduled and confirmed.  Full payment must be completed by the due date stated in your confirmation, if not the appointment will be released and made available to other clientele.  There will be no follow up or reminder.

• International bookings must be completed via email / face book or Whats App, and paid online once appointment is confirmed.

• All overseas phone readings are conducted via Whats App. Please ensure you are registered or accept Sharona's invitation when prompted.

• Skype/video or zoom readings are not available for readings.

• If you would like to record the reading you may do so from your own (separate) devices.

• Please provide a min 24 hrs notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason thank you.

NOTE - Any changes to your booking (inc alternate phone number) require 24 hrs notice thank you.
